Put it this way.
A group is given a complex puzzel to solve.
The person anwsering in 20 sec. in previouse post is more likely to analyse the puzzel logicly and come up with a solution faster than the person anwsering in 45 sec. Yes, that would indicate an higher IQ.
IQ is not based on a persons learned knowledge but the way he/she is able to use it.
Thats why so many geniuses have been reported as dumb in school, what the school had to teach them was boring and way to slow so they lost interesst, and if they questioned some thing in a logic way, and the teacher was unable to follow there line of thought they where considerd troublemakers.
But later on when they where able to work outside the accepted way of thinking, thats where they exelled.
One area that is an exeption is music schools that encureges individualisim and inovation.

IMO IQ tests are an inaccurate measure of intelligence. They only measure the ethnocentric and academic aspect of intelligence.

intelligence is relative anyway, The smartest person i know pales in comparison to the genius that exists from time to time, for example. Mozart, who wrote his first symphony at 9 years old. Or Einstein, who contributed more than any other scientist to the modern vision of physical reality.
